SAVE THE DATE: Opening days of Oslo Architecture Triennale 2019, 26–29 September

We are pleased to welcome you to the opening days of the Oslo Architecture Triennale 2019, taking place on Thursday 26–Sunday 29 September. Join us in Oslo for a programme of events, performances, and activities organized together with our members and programme partners.

Oslo Architecture Triennale 2019, “Enough: The Architecture of Degrowth”, responds to an era of climate emergency and social inequality by proposing alternatives to the unsustainable paradigm of growth. The festival explores the architecture of Degrowth, an economy of shared plenty in which human and ecological flourishing matter most. The OAT 2019 Chief Curators are Interrobang, a trans-disciplinary architecture and engineering practice based in London. The team comprises British architect, engineer and writer Maria Smith; Canadian architect and educator Matthew Dalziel; British critic Phineas Harper; and Norwegian urban researcher and artist Cecilie Sachs Olsen. Their proposal was selected from 71 submissions to an open Call for Curator in 2017. The Oslo Architecture Triennale 2019 will take place in Oslo 26 September – 24 November 2019. Read more.

Detailed information about programme, tickets, hotels and other practicalities will be available closer to the opening of the triennale. Press programme and press registration to be found here.

We look forward to seeing you in Oslo for the opening days of Oslo Architecture Triennale 2019.

Warm summer wishes!

Best regards,
