Artist Marthe Elise Stramrud and urban planners Ibrahim Mufti Pradityo and Bengt M.S. Carlson are part of the exhibition Mission Neighbourhood – (Re)forming communities with the project The Feminist Pissoir.
The team consists of artist Marthe Elise Stramrud (b. 1984) and urban planners Ibrahim Mufti Pradityo (b. 1996) and Bengt M. S. Carlson (b. 1993). Stramrud specializes in the arts of ceramics, in strong colours with a moody expression. With a background in photography, some of the issues she worked on in the photographic medium have been continued in the ceramic world. As an urban planner, Pradityo works with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, to provide objective knowledge and useful insight from places and neighbourhoods. Carlson have a versatile background, both as a journalist, editor and writer. As an urban planner, he has worked with various pre-qualifications and is experienced with strategy development and projects in early phase. Both Pradityo and Carlson focuses on social sustainability and inclusive processes when working with the development of meeting places, urban spaces, parks, and housing, as well as strategies and analyses.
