Arkitekturopprøret and Fragment are a part of the exhibition Mission Neighbourhood – (Re)forming communities with the project The New Neighbourhood.

The New Neighbourhood is an exhibition and book by Saher Sourouri, one of several advocates of The Architectural Uprising and Arild Eriksen from the architecture office Fragment. Editorial assistant was Christopher Caleb Hansen from Fragment.

The Architectural Uprising is a movement with a flat structure and several advocates who demand participation in urban and residential development and tradition-based architecture with local identity.

Fragment is an architectural office that works with the resident-developed city and reaL participation in housing and urban development. The office has a strong focus on the diverse city where both housing, trade, services and production have a natural place.
